A toughie this #workoutwednesday. You can work with a team mate on this one or just work flat out on your own. First person performs 5 burpees, partner repeats. Then you perform 10 burpees, partner repeats, then 5 DB clean and press, partner repeats, then back to the start, 15 full burpees, partner repeats, 10 DB clean and press, partner repeats and 5 swings partner repeats etc etc. Therefore if you follow correctly your last round would be 25 full burpees, 20 DB clean and press, 15 swings, 10 pull ups, 5 toe to bar.
