Matt Bloor – Director, Head Fitness Trainer/Coach


I am the owner and founder of corePT. Qualified with a 1st Class Honours degree in Sports Performance, I have the knowledge and ability to help clients from various backgrounds achieve their fitness goals. I have experience working with both initially sedentary individuals, through to elite sports performers and my expertise has always led to great results. My career has led to me achieving outstanding expertise in the field of training, sports conditioning, sports and exercise nutrition, injury rehabilitation and prehabilitation but also into the prescriptive benefits of exercise. I have personally been involved with elite level sport since the age of 12, playing for a professional football club till the age of 16. I have then played semi-professional ever since and represented my country at schoolboy level when 18. These experiences gave me the drive and determination to share my experiences with my clients. My enthusiasm, passion and expertise have led me to become the number one personal trainer in the Hull and East Riding Area.



Steph Aghabala – Specialist Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor

Qualified as a Level 3 Master Personal Trainer and a BSC in Sports Science. I have ten years of experience in the fitness industry and having spent the last ten years in London successfully running my own personal training business I have now relocated back to my roots to join the team at Core PT.

I have the ability to combine all my knowledge together to help you reach your goal. I take great pride and passion in what I do and bring this to my sessions to provide the best service possible for my clients.

I specialise in pre/post natal training, weight loss and HIIT and marathon training.

Having had years of experience in Athletics from the age of ten and representing the North of England as a teenager, I have taken what I experienced myself through training, hard work and dedication, and brought it forward into the training of my clients.

Hi I’m Anna. I have been into fitness all my life but have spent most of my time in the industry as a client not a trainer. This gave me a really good insight into exactly what my clients want and the best ways to train them. I enjoyed training so much as a hobby I decided to gain my qualifications in order to teach group fitness sessions. My role at corePT is a group fitness instructor and I am extremely passionate about passing on my own fitness transformation experiences onto others. My specialities include fat loss and strength training.
