It’s that time, chipper time. Do each set x by the number of reps e.g. The first set you do x 1, 2nd set x 2, 3rd x 3 etc. There’s a 40 minute time limit or when the workouts complete, whatever comes first. Scale down man ups just for 1 x pull up and 1 x dip.
