I offer both one on one and small group private personal training in my own studio in South Cave, Hull, East Yorkshire. My facility caters for all needs for clients who are just wanting to get healthier and educate themselves on a healthier lifestyle, all the way up to elite level athletes. We have access to treadmill, bike, Rower, Ski Erg, Gymnastic equipment, Rack and Stregnth and Conditioning equipment, full range of dumbbells and kettlebells and all the other conditioning equipment to take your fitness to the next lebel.
